Dr. Helen J. Cooke Retires

Congratulations and our very best wishes to Dr. Helen J. Cooke, Professor, on her retirement effective June 30, 2009 after 24 years of service. Dr. Cooke has been a valuable Neuroscience faculty member for the past 8 years.  Dr. Cooke has maintained a successful research lab, served on our Promotion and Tenure Committee as Procedure Designee and as a mentor to our junior faculty.  She was the 2008 recipient of the SBS Excellence in Research and Teaching award for Neuroscience and was honored with the 2007 Annual Masters Award for Basic or Clinical Research in Digestive Sciences.
