The Biomedical Science major is designed to be a preparation for a variety of graduate and professional programs.  If your goals have changed and you are no longer interested in pursuing your education beyond your bachelors degree, make an appointment with your academic advisor to discuss options. The majority of Biomedical Science students enter the major with the plan to pursue a career in clinical medicine, biomedical research, or both.  However, students interested in dentistry, pharmacy, optometry, veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering, physical therapy and education have also enrolled in this major.  Biomedical
